Have been training with Todd for about 5 years across all three disciplines of swim, bike and run to prepare for different kinds of events formats including triathlon, road running, trail running and long distance open water swimming. He has been a great help for me in pursuing both personal best performance at races as well as overall “lifestyle fitness”.
Todd has been a game changer for me. With his help my marathon PB has improved by just under 40 minutes and is now threatening the 3hr mark. I started with Coach Todd Gilmore in June 2018 as a beginner without any experience in triathlon. He helped me a lot with focus on consistency (1 or 2 workouts a day, Monday off), Zone 2 to build base, mix of intervals, long runs and long rides.
