All athletes are individuals with strengths and weaknesses and the overarching reason for exercise is to enhance our health and enjoyment There are no magic wands or silver bullets for training. The human body responds to progress overload and carefully scheduled recovery periods. This is called periodisation. The magic does happen in the program and day by day week by week adjustments. Training makes you worse, recovery makes you better. Gains (called supercompensation) only occur once you recovery. Your in good hands, we are experts on tools and techniques and their proper frequency of use to enhance recovery and sleep

About Me

Coach Mike, the best online platform for triathletes of all levels. Coach Mike is a certified triathlon coach by the International Triathlon Union with more than 15 years of experience in coaching athletes from 20 different nationalities. He has also competed in more than 100 races, including 2 ITU world championships representing NZ and has won 3 national triathlon titles at age group.

Coach Mike will create a customised training plan based on your fitness, schedule and objectives. He will also monitor your progress, provide feedback, advice and support, and help you recover faster and smarter with his advanced knowledge of recovery methods and frequency. He has consulted with World Rugby, NZ Rugby, Singapore Swimming, Singapore Badminton and many professional athletes and weekend warriors on recovery.
